I am a  quantitative Sociologist of sexual and gender diversity in Europe. I currently hold a visiting professorship of Gender Studies at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and I am a research associate at the Institute for Empirical-Analytical Research at Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main.

Current research projects are on multiple marginalization in academic career trajectories (ADOMiS project) and academic freedom/freedom of speech.

My research expertise further lies in sexual and gender diversity inequities in social networks, family relationships and on the labor market. I have extensive experience in collecting primary survey data among sexual and gender minority populations.
