I use the pronouns she/hers. Sprechen Sie mich mit sie/ihre an.

I am a quantitative Sociologist of sexual and gender diversity in Europe. I currently hold a visiting professorship at the Humboldt-University Berlin and I am a research associate at the Institute for Empirical-Analytical Research at Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main.

My substantive research expertise lies with sexual and gender diversity inequities in social networks, family relationships and on the labor market. I have a strong interest in methodological challenges and creative solutions regarding survey approaches to lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, queer and intersex (LGBTQI*) people. I am trained in quantitative methods and I have experience collecting primary survey data among sexual and gender minority populations.
